Earthquake resistance of masonry structures is bound to arouse our attention. Both brick load-bearing component, and is the only lateral force resisting members. The brittle nature of the material is vulnerable to earthquake damage. In order to improve the seismic performance of masonry structures, masonry structures set in a ring beam, structural column, the horizontal reinforcement and tie bar and other measures to strengthen the seismic capacity of masonry structures. The main content is as follows:The papers reviewed Seismic behavior of masonry structure at home and abroad and based on the original to further explore the mutual transfer of the seismic performance of wall limb and mutual synergy.
