Shield construction machine is used in the tunneling construction tools, In aforeign country shield construction machine research started early, and our countryrelative shield construction machine started later, and abroad in monopoly status inthis technology. At present, our country besides domestic independent research anddevelopment, and some competitive with foreign company for cooperation, such asGermany, the United States of Robbins and other large companies have established acooperative relationship.As the traditional shield construction machine adopt cutter for mining, andmining conditions of geological environment is bad, and on the knife dish of cuttingtools easy to wear, and the number of cutting tools is numerous, so the traditionalshield construction machine of the knife dish cost is very expensive. In order toachieve both tunneling and also can reduce the knife dish the purpose ofmanufacturing cost, the paper put forward a design scheme for the shield constructionmachine reconstruction, and the traditional shield construction machine of the knifedish by a single bucket hydraulic excavator working device instead of cutter to reachthe purpose of reform. So in this paper in the design procedure of the variouscomponents and some design parameters reference the design process of a singlehydraulic excavator working device, and according to the project complete the finaldesign of the various components by the project to determine the range of excavation.Determine the design parameters of various components, in the UG software tocomplete a three-dimensional modeling of the structure of the mining device, aftermechanical assembly, the various components assembled together to complete theoverall modeling work on mining installations. And then the model structure hingejoint add spin pair, the oil cylinder position place add mobile vice, according to thekinematics simulation and its mining UG scope mining conditions. The NorthernHeavy industry project of efficiency and requirements calculate the maximumexcavated resistance value. After the operating conditions, the relative position of themining device for each working condition, the statics analysis calculated under thecondition of all parts of the force.During design procedure of mechanical structure, strength analysis must beconsidered one of the links, because through the strength analysis of the results candisplay the size and distribution of the stress of the structure, and improvement of thestructure, etc. This paper is aimed at each under the condition of the working parts ofthe static strength analysis, including the unit type of certain, material parametersSettings, grid unit size and division and imposed the statics calculated from thecorresponding operation under the load size, add the actual situation between the partsof the constraint relation, complete the every condition of all parts of the finite element model, and finally output under the condition of the various components ofthe corresponding stress and displacement deformation figure. The results of thisfigure can learn all the parts in the stress value of the working conditions.Modal analysis is the analysis of structure dynamic characteristics of a modernmethod, through this method can study the vibration of the structure within a certainfrequency range, and according to the results of modal analysis in advance can predictthe dynamic performance of structure and some problems before we get the lastproduct, and in the light of the problems that may proposes the solution methods. Dueto shield construction machine in the actual mining process, the working parts in acontinuous vibration circumstances, so the need for digging device to modal analysis.This article mainly aims at the structure parts by constraint mode analysis for the arm,dipper stick, bucket and pedestal modal model, including unit types of certain, thedetermination of grid units size and grid partition, add the constraint relation betweenactual parts to simulate the real effect, and finally put forward the results.
