| Facing the metropolitan traffic growing, as a part of the integrated transport integration, the combination between railway and urban rail transit is an effective measure to solve passenger evacuation. Because Wuhan is located in the center of the Chinese location, Wuhan traffic necessarily related to the development of the national transportation network. As the proposal of Wuhan urban rail transit planning, coupled with the railway resources of the Wuhan railway hub, it should be that take into account the combination of urban rail transit and the railway in the planning of urban rail transit, thus effectively evacuating the passenger to the patency of the Wuhan urban circle traffic, and ultimately led to the development of Wuhan City Circle, and even the development of the country. Therefore the research on the combination of Wuhan hub for both rail and urban rail transit is a far-reaching significance.According to the present situation and development plan of both rail and urban rail transit of Wuhan hub, and combined with domestic and international research, this paper analyzes the operational characteristics of lines and the surplus situation of line passing capacity, the distribution of passenger rallying point along the line, and line engineering and technical conditions, thus proposing the combination program applying to both rail and urban rail transit in Wuhan hub.In the selection of the combination program of rail and urban rail transport, domestic hub transfer combination is relatively mature, but the study of the combination of collinear run has not yet been fully developed. Given the characteristics of influencing factors of the combination of the hub transfer and the collinear run, this paper selected a decision-making to select the appropriate combination program of the railway and urban rail transit, namely DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model analysis. Based on the Input and output indicators, the LINGO (Linear Interactive and General Optimizer is) programming language was used to calculating, thus the results were analyzed and chosen.Finally, taking the connection scheme of Yangluo power plant special line and Metro Line1as a typical case to analyze the application of the hub transfer and the collinear run, concluded: Yangluo power plant special line and Metro Line1should adopt the collinear-run combination. |
