Caisson is a kind of foundation engineering, which apply very extensive. Its construction research method includes the physical simulation method, experience formula method, the numerical analytic method and numerical simulation method. In the construction control, preventing sudden sinking and control and reduce the sink to the formation of the disturbance for open caisson is the most important. But these important construction technical problems lack of mature theoretical guidance, and there is no reliable numerical simulation method for the engineering application. Therefore, in this paper, numerically simulate the process when the open caisson construction sinking, then set a mechanical model of open caisson, and establish the reasonable construction mechanical model after analyzed the sensitivity of factors of the large open caisson construction process non-uniform sinking. This paper mainly contain some aspect works as following:(1) Summarize open caisson construction method and its process the domestic and foreign research situation and the existing problems and the problem needs solve. This paper introduces the background and the significance of innovation points.(2) For the different types of blade foot structure, research the relationship between the ultimate bearing capacity with the circular caisson blade foot structure excavation depth and blade thickness soil under the soil feet, then establish the relationship of the influencing factors for t the ultimate bearing capacity.(3) Calculate of the size of the lateral resistance according to the rules. With the sinker coefficient as a starting point, establish the mechanics model of the open caisson, get the control equations of the open caisson squat. Using a calculation example of open caisson sinking process to simulate the progress, get the relationship between the squat and the excavated volume,then analysis the sensitivity parameters.(4) The problem of the large open caisson sinking process tilt is inevitable. Considering the overall structure of open caisson stiffness and calculate the size of the force level rectification, then establish the mechanical analysis model of the open caisson tilt. Then it is proved the mechanical model is correct, and it can correct the open caisson through a calculation example.
