Knowing axial ultimate bearing capacity of a structure is essential for construction of building, bridges and other huge structures. Moreover, knowing the effect of diameter change is crucial in the ultimate load carrying capacity of piles and the soil properties. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the axial ultimate bearing capacity of the piles at different diameter and to draw the t-z and q-z curves of the skin friction and end bearing capacities of the load resistance respectively, moreover to study the axial ultimate load carrying capacity of pile in homogenous soil layer and multi soil layer. The methodologies applied to evaluate the capacity are theoretical calculation using the static axial load and the ALLPILE software analyzing results.The result obtained from the model example numerical calculation using the static analysis for 400mm diameter 1369.7 kN and its settlement 8.1mm and when it applied to ALLPILE result 1722.06 kN and its settlement software result 7.46.And the big diameter 800mm theoretical result 2965.6 kN and settlement 11.57mm and using the software result 3440.6 kN and settlement 8.27mm. This shows that the piles having large diameter have higher bearing capacity and relatively low settlement due to the increasing surface area of the pile shaft contact with soil And its more safe the result since the ALLPILE software result was higher than the theoretical calculation of using the static analysisThe skin friction resistance carries more load than the end bearing resistance because of the increase in the surface area of the pile shaft to resist the load.The skin friction resistance in multilayer soil of sand, soft clay and stiff clay is the least, moderate and higher resistance of load carrying capacity respectively. And the end bearing capacity is also moderately increasing with increasing the diameter.
