The subway construction has some statistics such as needs a much higher requirementfor quality and safety, involves numerous professional engineering, complex constructiontechnology, hidden risks, special construction environment and so on. Through effectivemonitoring over the subway construction some accidents can be prevented and losses can bereduced. This thesis aims at what to monitor and how to monitor, recommend kanban into themonitoring field, which is a tool for controlling the on-site production process of just in timein the Toyota Production System. This is to realize the real-time dynamic monitoring for thesubway construction through the integration of kanban and remote recognition technology, thus to provide a operational tool for managers to prevent and control the accidents.First, this thesis uses the WBS-RBS to identify the uncertainties and dispersed risksource and confirms the monitoring items through on-site survey, expert survey and expertinterview to provide the basis for the design of the real-time dynamic monitoring kanban.Secondly, this thesis codes the monitoring items with EPC from men, machine, environment and management dimension. Each warning sign has only one code and this canlay foundation for realizing dynamic monitoring.Again, according to the research results above, this thesis summarizes the risk factorsfrom men, machine, environment and management dimension, designs the monitoringpurposes, requirements, information and items. Then the core content of this thesis iscompleted. Finally, this thesis integrates kanban and the RFID to build the dynamic monitoringmodel for the subway construction by combining the man and machine. The data andexperience of Kunming Station of Tianjin metro line 3 is used to optimize the kanban, and thewarning process is given through the analysis of monitoring statistics. This thesis introduces kanban, EPC and RFID into the monitoring and warning study ofthe subway construction, the result can not only provide some operational tools and decisionsupport for the research of the warning system but also provide some reference for monitoringin other areas.
