The construction of Chengdu Metro Line 5 includes earthwork excavation,support,structure,shield tunneling,support,segment docking,waterproofing,water supply and drainage engineering,subgrade,track engineering,temporary engineering and other multi-type,multi-professional projects,collaboration,crossing,parallel,three-dimensional operation,interference,large-scale construction,complex construction and construction.High investment,large risk of runaway investment,and investment calculation and control have obvious characteristics of complex system.In recent years,the construction unit has repeatedly reflected that the project price is too low due to the bid price reduction,the actual project cost exceeds the contract price,unable to obtain reasonable profits,serious losses,but on the other hand,through auditing found that the construction unit falsely invoiced,falsified or falsified invoices into the accounts,the phenomenon of withdrawing funds is serious,the construction unit can be said to be "Never mind." At the same time,the wages of migrant workers are still not in place.In order to timely monitor the actual flow of construction expenditure,timely discover problems,find out the causes of the problems,timely solve problems,early warning of possible problems in the next stage;timely and effective control of illegal funds seedlings,strict control of the timely payment of migrant workers' wages in place,and the payment of migrant workers' wages as a top political event,strict.To control whether the wages of each migrant worker's wage account are in place on time,so as to effectively and accurately control whether each investment does not exceed the original investment objectives,and achieve the investment control objectives of China Railway Construction Corporation.After careful consideration and decision by experts from Sichuan railway construction and subway investment management company and experts and scholars from Shijiazhuang Railway University,we decided to adopt the Internet + artificial intelligence + complex system risk intelligent control mode in the construction of Chengdu Metro Line 5 to visualize,optimize,monitor and manage the risk of subway construction,so as to solve the problem effectively and in real time.Iron construction risk monitoring complex problems provide a secret recipe for good medicine.In this paper,the advanced theories and methods of investment estimation and control management,such as artificial intelligence,dynamic optimal control of overall investment,monitoring and control of complex system of investment and construction,are applied to the investment control of subway construction,and the investment objectives of subway construction can be achieved before construction.Intelligent optimization and early warning of multi-scheme,multi-objective,visualization for investment control scheme and construction organization scheme can make the project management through computer remote visualization system at any time and anywhere in the construction process,which can clearly understand the profit and loss of the completed project investment and the work to be carried out in the next stage.The main construction problems to be solved and the precontrol measures taken can make the subway construction investment in the controllable and visual monitoring of the whole process of management at all levels,thus greatly improving the efficiency and level of subway construction investment management.
