This paper, supported by the National Supporting Program "7MW-grade Wind Turbines and Key Parts Design and Mass Production Technique", mainly study the influence of the inevitable manufacturing/assembly errors on transmission performance including transmission error and time-varying mesh stiffness. A effective model was adopted to analyze and design to make load among planetary gears uniform etc.A method was put forward to build a meshing periodic3-D Finite Element Model and refine element of contact zones by remodeling nodes. A series of quasi-static transmission performance, including load distribution/transmission error and mesh stiffness, can be obtained by ANSYS elastic contact analysis. Substructure technique was applied to improve solving ability for gear system and computational efficiency with gear error and solving speed for nonlinear contact arithmetic. Some means, that nodes of contact zones were remodeled and macro-command to transfer nodes was compiled and spring element at guiding node was used, were proposed to embed manufacturing/assembly errors and supporting stiffness in the FEM. Their quantitative influence on transmission performance was acquired to provide evidence for building complete transmission error mathematical model and considering various factors into planetary gear train system model.A approach was developed to build quantitative mathematical model of transmission error for gear pair and planetary gear train with inherent error composed by single error, central distance deviation and axes parallelization of assembly error, elastic deformation of gear and supporting system. According to statistical law of geometric accuracy, the transmission error of design scheme can be made pre-estimation.A effective method was put forward to build statics load sharing coefficient model with each branch transmission error, assembling clearance, floating, elastic support of each parts and time-varying mesh stiffness with initial phase. To solve numerically the mathematical model, Matlab programming language was applied, which special computational strategies was taken to judge the mesh situation of each branch and consider assembling clearance and floating. The sensitivity of mesh stiffness, load, bearing stiffness, the manufacture/installation error on load sharing was got respectively. Floating displacement and trajectory requirements of the floating component were acquired with components manufacture/installation eccentric. At last, the method of the flexible supporting planetary gear was put forward. This paper focuses on the influence of the inevitable manufacturing/assembly errors on transmission performance and the transmission error model based on the geometric accuracy and multivariate statics load sharing coefficient model, which provides a theoretical basis and methods for the gear precision design and load sharing characteristics...
