| The self-anchored suspension bridge is getting more and more favour of the people because of its unique advantages, but because its construction process is different from general suspension bridges. In order to better construct this unique construction of bridge, the engineers positively try all kinds of construction control methods, not only ensure quality and safety, save economy, cut period. This paper is based on the world’s largest span concrete self-anchored suspension bridge-Zhuanghe Jianshe street east bridge’s construction data,studying construction control theory and method, the content as follows:(1) Use nonlinear finite element, supplemented by the analytical method, and analyses the methods of the main cable tension in different stages of the internal force and linear change.(2) The relationships based on the parabola theory between cable sag and cable length〠span length〠temperature have been studied. The formula of side and middle span cable adjustment is find out according to structure parameters measured before the work of cable tension adjustment.The formula is used to adjust datum strand sag.(3) Put forward partial alternately tensioning method. This method is in advance of the basis of alternately tensioning method, combined with tension condition and main cable form, flexible sling is a tension in place or alternate tension. The advantage of the method is:give consideration to the structure stress and time limit, make the comprehensive efficiency greatly improved.(4) The sling tension process is this bridge construction key. Because this bridge sling the number is many, in order to find a best plan, some influence factors of tension are discussed, and the method was successfully used to the actual bridge construction control. |
