Analysis and calculation were taken for hanger tension combining theory research and fact practice, take Nanjing Jiangxinzhou self-anchored suspension bridge of Yangtze River tunnel as the work background. Structural deflections and the stress in construction are obtained, and weak interference principle of main cable's displacement and near influence principle of hanger force are proved.The nonlinear influences of self-anchored suspension bridge were represented extrude, and construction process is complicated in hanger tension. Research the methods of tension grade and calculation of extend-hanger under the condition of bearing ability and tension equipment, considering the material-nonlinear of shrink and creep in concrete and elastic modulus change in main cable. Tensile force, tension order, tension gradation and correlative parameters were discussed, considering the geometric-nonlinear of main cable, weak interference principle of main cable's displacement and near influence principle of hanger force. A method of optimizing construction in hanger tension and control factors in different stage were proved.The method that hangers tensile from the bridge tower to mid-span and side-span for single tower self-anchored suspension bridge is good at reducing the influence of no-balance force to balance system, reducing the length and number of extend-hangers, reducing the uninstalling of hanger force, reducing the distance and times of saddle-push, and finally quicken the bridge construction. Insure the system balance and structure safety, the method is more easy for construction control, having more efficiency in hanger tensile. Combining the supervised data, analysis was taken following up the construction stage in order to forecast and adjust hangers force in time. The study on system conversion is valuable to theory research and bridge construction of self-anchored suspension bridge.
