| The ground shipbuilding method witch regard barge stowage as key technology now is applied by some shipyards, as this method can reduce cost and improve the efficiency. The use of barge stowage system could avoid traditional disadvantageous case which depends on artificial expertise. The system could conduct a pre-stowage depends on the product weight and sea level, then select the best program. So the system has a very good application value of project. The Naval Architecture, Dalian University of Technology develop the system from2007and has apply it to some program. Some problems are found from the stowage process, then the paper improve these problems to make the system more applicability and applicability. The paper mainly includes;(1) By the high-speed calculating performance of computer, set a barge stowage system that satisfy practical project application. Considering floating state, stability, strength from the loading process and considering these factors through all process to make the system not only satisfy commend normal conditions but also adapt extremely conditions beyond people estimation;(2) The paper improve and deal with some engineering problem which have larger influence to veracity, such as the real-time pressure distribution of product to barge, the free liquid surface calculation of liquid tank, the tide curve expression the initial launch time and so on. Then transform them to mathematical model and design software;(3) The paper make the launching barge loading process to a software, realizing automatic and manual man-machine function. |
