when testing rotating machine for its dynamic balance, after the magnitude and direction of the imbalance are achieved , we must emend the rotator that is tested in order to resume it in the due-precision balance state .this paper synthetizes several kinds of arithmetic of dynamic balance emendation which posses prevalent practicality, including weight-removing method, weight-adding method and attached-scale balancer method. Then design a system of dynamic balance emendation based on the arithmetic above adopting VB programming language.In China, the manual dynamic balance emendation strategy in which dynamic balance measure and weight-removing are isolated, is always adopted for the rotor dynamic balance long-termly. That is, firstly, adopt some dynamic balance detection devices to measure the balance of the rotor system. After the measure, the result is displayed in a certain mode. Then according to the result, the workers try to measure the balance in virtue of their own experience and corresponding process equipments. At present, although the efficiency of the manual emendation is low, it is adopted widely by domestic small and medium-sized enterprises because the cost is low. But at present, after the un-balance is gained, the calculation for quality emendation is much different according to different un-balance emendation means which needs professional technical staff to accomplish this part of work. In virtue of this case, a set of dynamic balance emendation software is developed based on existing dynamic balance emendation means in this paper. It is the software platform which is suitable for different hierarchy of persons and makes the emendation work become more simple for the workers of no technique background. Therefore, these workers can do the dynamic balance emendation work successfully. At the same time, this means is influenced by human elements clearly, so it brings low efficiency, low precision, quality instability, high cost and other disbennifit factors. It must be replaced by better automatic-balance technique. So the automatic-balance control theory is also studied later in this paper.The emphases of this paper is that it presets optimum calculation of axial and radial stiletto, which reduces the imbalance maximally and improve the work efficiency of the balance emendation .and finally it researches the calculation method of automatic balance proposes coordinates shift strategy for single and double plane; the quick balance strategy was brought forth based on influencing coefficient method ,and the idea is further spread to 2-planes automatic balance.
