With the rapid economic development and population increasing, demand also increases in minerals. With the long-term exploitation of mineral resources, there have been formed a large number of goaf. In particular, with some private coal mines exist:, the phenomenon of irregular exploitation is more serious and poses a potential threat to the surrounding structures which on the goaf. So, the influence of the mining subsidence on the stability of the ground surface is a task of great significance and research value.In this paper, it’s focused on the in-depth study of railway’s safety and stability for the K309-K312, Chengdu-Kunming Railway where the goaf hidden under it, and propose some appropriate control measures for the railway, the main contents are as follows:After referring to a large amount of literature materials, it summarizes the history and the present state of the research on the theory of the mining subsidence at home and abroad,the main theory include three aspect:goaf detection technology, stability evaluation and treatment technology and give a detail introduction and summary about them.Combined with K309-K312, Chengdu-Kunming Railway goaf detailed survey report data.The Paper gets the realization and analysis on the hydrogeological conditions Engineering geological conditions, the stability of surrounding rock, the rock mechanical parameters as well as the goaf basic information to summarised and analyze.Using the geological radar to detect the location of the goaf, and give a systematic exposition of the scope and intensity of situ stress of the railway’s embankment which under the shock load and calculate the destruction of the regularity and stability of the roof in the goaf.The paper select Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and divided the factors that will affect the stability of the goaf into four type of factors, for a total of12factors are used as the factor of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationThey include the geological factors (rock structure, geological structure, rock quality designation), hydrological factors (surface water, groundwater body factors), goaf’s geometry (width, area, height, burial depth) and other performance indicators (the degree of weathering of rock protective measures, the situation of adjacent goaf)Consider the various types of goaf treatment, combined with the actual situation of Chengdu-Kunming Railway K309-K312segment goaf treatment program for easy reference.
