| In recent years,with the rise of high-speed railway and speed-up of the existing railway, the railway has played a more important role in transport system. According to the revised "National Medium-and Long-Term plan for railway network"(2008). by2020China will build more than16,000kilometers of passenger special line. High-speed railways contribute significantly to economic development, but also brought increasingly serious environmental problems at the same time. In order to across the existing road network and save farmland, there is a large proportion of the bridge. Almost all the high-speed railway in China are located in the east-central region, while a large coverage of protection area of water resources in these densely populated areas.In the course of construction of high-speed railway bridges, not only air,noise and light pollution caused by bridge constrution,but also the waste drilling mud. sewage, as well as the solid waste will lead to the increase of SS (suspend solid) in the water, and even lead to the heavy metal ions pollution, it will seriously affecting water quality. The waste mud generated by construction will pollute the environment, especially the water environment. The purpose of this paper is how to minimize waste mud pollution during high-speed railway bridge construction.Based on lots of access to domestic and international railway bridge construction and environmental protection measures, this paper comprehensive analysis of high-speed railway bridge foundation construction of environmental impact of each link, especially the environmental impact of waste drilling mud from Bridges cast-in-place pile foundation.And this paper has offered concrete protective measures in the atmosphere, noise, light, solid waste, water pollution.Finally this paper unifies in the project of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway cross Yangcheng Lake to perform the real diagnosis analysis, which base on the Yangcheng Lake ecological protection requirements and the interactive relationship between Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway and the Yangcheng Lake. Combined with the construction plan, the environmental protection measures and the water quality analysis results, it makes a comprehensive analysis of the Double-pile cofferdam which is used in the construction. It manages the policy-maker for the environment to provide the macroscopic scientific basis, studies and analyzes the environmental impact of high-speed railway bridge foundation construction on protection area of water resources, put forward a reasonable proposal and to ease the situation of increasing environmental pollution and to speed up the "harmonious railway" building. |
