Thus the economy and security will be greatly improved by a reasonable mechanical construction scheme. The mechanization configuration is an important factor of the program, for it determines the quality and progress of the construction.Based on the engineering case of the Yan-mountain tunnel, through the studies of the fast construction of the long and large tunnel, mechanized matching construction of the tunnel is studied. The studies of the thesis consist of the following contents:â—Several key technologies are discussed, including rapid exaction, drainage, the fast construction of the initial support and secondary lining. In this paper, the technologies of the fast construction of the initial support and secondary lining are discussed more deeply.â—The main reasons affected the rapid construction of the tunnel are excavation, tapping slag and sprayed concrete. The tunnels with large cross section in soft rock use bench method dynamic excavation, which use the same mechanical equipments as usual. This paper mainly studies the fast construction in medium hard and hard rocks, which uses full-face excavation, Smooth Blasting and Wet Shotcrete Technology. In the mountain tunnel construction, the C6advanced horizontal core drill, drifter with booms, Sika-PM500PC and other large-tonnage mechanical produce will be used. In this paper, these large-tonnage machinery equipment compare with conventional machine in the speed of construction, the working environment, the safety, the quality of construction and other aspects. Through the comparison, we can clearly know large-tonnage machinery equipment much better than manual excavation machine in the above areas.â—Since the upfront input costs of Shield and TBM is huge, then the economic benefits of the project is relatively insignificant. Under the conditions of our country, using large-tonnage machinery equipment compare and manual excavation in a tunnel at the same time,the result of economic alignment obtained large machinery supporting the construction on the whole is better than the conventional mechanical construction of cutoff length1083.4m. |
