Analysis Of The Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Constructon Project Management Of Weak Current System Integration

As a new service model, general contracting constriction of system integration project is the industry with the fiercest momentum of growth in international project management recently. The nature of the project integrated construction management is to optimize the comprehensive and integrated management. Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway, as the first railway of post-station of the "Four Electricity Integration" project for passenger transportation that adopts general contracting model of system integration in China, achieves the integrated innovation of foreign high-speed rail technology and the existing technology in China. Experience of integration system was obtained from the practice of constructing Beijing-Tianjin project, based on which and further through constructing the autonomous system integration, construction of system integration of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Rail is further prepared.This paper, by analyzing the construction model and integrated management process of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Rail and the implementation of Intelligent Building Management System in Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Rail construction, addresses how to improve the efficiency of project management so as to enable the property owners, design company, integrated management company, suppliers and other project participants to create the a working system of institutionalization, normalization and standardization, to ensure the supply and installation of the equipment under the general contract and the quality of installation, to avoid interface missing, to reduce project risk, and to ensure the smooth implementation of Intelligent Building Management System of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Rail.This paper focuses on the study of the preparatory work, service relationships, management relationships, management of the progress control, management of the quality and investment control, management of interface coordination in the Intelligent Building Management System in Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Rail construction, combining with the management and overall plan of organization, construction coordination and cooperation, implementation of assurance measures for quality and project term, strengthens the new construction conceptions including the system integration construction model of special line for passenger transportation, so as to fully display system integration related responsibility, solve complex technical interfaces and ensure high construction standards of special line for passenger transportation.
