Research On The Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Public Facilities In China’s Railway Station

This thesis introduces the construction of Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) method, based on the public facilities survey and evaluation of three large railway stations, attempted to establish a kind of passenger evaluation results based on the design of feedback mechanism for large railway passenger station, the design of public facilities to provide more scientific advice. The investigation was divided into two stages, the first stage is from the large railway passenger station passenger demand proceed with, combine railway station public facilities design principles initially constructs evaluation index set, and then through the pilot exploration study method, supplemented by the methods of mathematical analysis in screening factor. In a pilot study in the process of pilot research station, the evaluation results are analyzed, and a conclusion, the second times survey purpose more clearly. In the second stage, through the questionnaire on Shanghai Hongqiao passenger station and Chengdu East Station of public facilities in the research, and to observe the analysis results as additional data analysis results. The study on Shanghai Hongqiao station and of Chengdu Eaststation respectively using SPSS for statistical analysis of data, and the evaluation results of a comparative analysis. Finally, based on the results of evaluation and the the demand of passengers analysis, put forward large passenger railway station public facility design recommendations.
