Railway station interlocking is an important part of railway signaling equipment. In the railway station, to protect the safety of locomotive and train on the approach, effective use lines in station, high efficiency lead driving and shunting, improve working condition of train staff, it use technology and equipment of mechanical, Automatic electrical control, Remote Control, computer, to make up constraint relations between signal, approach and turnout on it. The constraint relations called interlocking. And the equipments and technology used in the relations called interlocking equipment.As the developing of microelectronics technology, computer science and modern control theory, the technology of interlocking equipment are improved from mechanical, mechatronics and relay to microelectronics and computer science. There are2kinds of computer interlocking on used:relay circuit based interlocking and all-electronic module based interlocking. In common of them is:they use Interlock computing machine to finish interlock logical computing, use relay circuit or all-electronic module centralized to drive and collect information from outdoor signal equipments. Because some important functions are high centralized on one unit, when there is a fault in interlock computing machine, relay circuit or all-electronic module, or change the units of the system, the whole system will can’t work. Furthermore, interlock computing machine, relay circuit and all-electronic module are made of redundancy structure, they are expensive. And interlocking equipments from different company have poor compatibility. That increases the cost of system expanding and upgrade.To bridge this gap. this paper presents the decentralized control computer interlocking system. Different from interlocking systems composed up of interlock computing machine and relay circuit or all-electronic module, decentralized control computer interlocking system use cooperation between electronic module to finish the interlock logical computing, use electronic module one-on-one drive and collect information from outdoor signal equipment. That improves the disadvantages of relay and all-electronic based interlocking system. It presents the structure model and functions of decentralized control computer interlocking system, and analyzes the essential of communication design in the system. Following presents the Ethernet, analyzes the weak points that Ethernet used in decentralized control computer interlocking system, and presents Ethernet real-time improve methods used in industry. Then analyze a real-time Ethernet plan, find out the key point of it. Uses professional network simulation OPNET designs and simulates the Ethernet real-time key protocol, compares and analyzes the simulate results and presents the advantages and disadvantages of the Ethernet real-time method, provides a feasibility plan of the communication design to meet the requirements of decentralized control computer interlocking system. |
