It can speed up the process of urban rail transit equipment and promote the healthy and rapid development of urban rail transport industry through designing main circuit to meet the requirements of traction inverter about urban rail transit. The development of urban rail transit and the classification of the electric traction drive system is introduced simply in this article. DC-AC drive system is adopted in the traction drive system of urban rail transit, and the traction/electric braking characteristics, control theory and technology is described. The characteristics of power switch is detailed in this article, and IGBT is applied to the system. the two-level circuit topology is used in the inverter trough analyzing the working principle of two-level and three-level DC-AC circuit. A detailed schematic diagram of the main circuit is achieved. The electrical components parameters of the main circuit are calculated in the working condition. According to the results, the appropriate component type is determined. The simulation model of the two-level inverter traction drive system is built up by MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results indicate that the electrical components parameters of the main circuit can meet the requirements. The proposed two-level circuit topology can reduce the torque ripple and improve the output voltage and current waveforms effectively by applying appropriate control methods. To optimize the main circuit and establish a good foundation for the localization of urban rail vehicles inverter is expected. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Urban Rail Transit, AC Drive System, Main Circuit, Inverter, Two-level Circuit, IGBT | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
