Drying up of energy sources is a big problem to the human as the global economy developing and population increasing. Compare with coal oil and natural gas, reproducible energy has a characteristic of infinitude. Thereby people pay more and more attention to the developing and using of reproducible energy, especially the wind power has become the most foreground new type energy. Strengthen the research about know how technology in wind power control, advancing the manufacture ability of wind power, accelerating the domestic process about wind power equipment have become the mostly work for wind power industry.This thesis use the1.5MW doubly fed induction generator system project researched by our company as background. The main technology of PMCF as the key point researched in this thesis. This paper does the careful analyzing and discussing about key point selecting of inverter’s main circuit the design of software and hardware about control part and so on. The main works show below:Firstly, the background and meaning of this title are presented. This article introduces the developing history and characteristic of PMCF and also introduces the general requirement of this project in the background of composing of induction generator system and working principle.Secondly, this article analysis the key point selecting of PMCF’s main circuit and give the design gist and parts selecting standard about pre-charge resistance、LCL filter、 DC-link、power module and so on. According modularization design notion, the design character of hardware interface circuit is confirmed. The work principle and control strategy of three-phase voltage pulse converter are discussed in the precondition of single-phase voltage pulse converter. This thesis also gives the math model of synchronization PI control theory and software flow.Finally, the emulator model about PMCF’s synchronization PI control theory and combine test-bed about1.5MW doubly fed induction generator system are completed. The pulse converter DC-link voltage and control target for net power factor are realized. Test result proves the PMCF’s ability in doubly fed induction generator system.
