On Landscape Of The Building Community In XianShi Ancient Town,Zigong, Sichuan

The ancient town of Xianshi, once called "Xian Tan", located on the bank of Fuxi River in the11kilometers east of Zigong City, Sichuan Province, was first established in the period of Sui Dynasty, which has the1400-year-long history. In Republic22year,"Xian Tan" was officially renamed the " Xianshi". Because of its long history and unique landscape, it was classified as a historical and cultural town in Sichuan Province in1992, and it was chosen as Chinese famous historical and cultural town in the third batch by the National Ministry of Construction and the State Bureau of Cultural Relics in May2007. The ancient town’s beautiful landscape and Chinese traditional achitectures give the beautiful and unique image to the tourists. In recent years there is one poor trend on the buildings and decorations of ancient town everywhere as well as " all cities in one design" in the development of modern city, so it is really necessary to exlpore and research on outstanding landscape design of these bulding community in the traditional ancient towns. The research results are of great social value and economic value not only for the preservation and update of ancient towns but also for the tourism development.In this paper, firstly, the author unscambles knowledge about the development of building achitectures in Xianshi, seeks factors influenced by regional economy and geography based on the rule of" city from salt transport, and prosperity from salt transport", and then objectively analysizes town landscape planning, spatial form and interface, characteristics with the rational survey results and scientific analysizing attitude, obtains the landscape image of" romantic and rational planning selection; planning matches the nature and safety; interface decorations absorb everything; outer simplity and inner complication’’ In addition, based on the analysis of the history, economy, geography, cultural customs and other aspects of the Chinese traditional building community, author obtains the final conclusion that "Zigong regional salt culture is influenced and guided by the landscape design culture of building community, and the salt transport culture derives from salt culture.’...
