Color Coating System Of Railway Wagon

Color coating system of railway wagon refers to the method applied to management and design of the wagon by the use of color. Wagon painting should be consistent with the function of the wagon’s features, and can accurately convey the safety information. Studying the wagon color coating system can broke management method that the railroad wagon color depends on a single color to dominate the whole country at present, the theoretical study of the railway wagon color system of domestic is almost blank, and the reference books are few. The analysis done in this thesis only aims at the color coating system of railway wagon and is only at the trial stage.This thesis analyzes the color of the railway wagon coating from a systematic perspective view. Firstly, from the current situation, it summarizes the existing problems of railway wagon color coating system at home and abroad; it tries to build a referential railroad wagon color coating system, and expounds the significance and the value of the system; then a layered analysis is done on the national standards, the railway professional standards and transport regulations relating to domestic railway wagon painting. A detailed explanation of the concept of the railway wagon color coating system is given in the thesis. The particularity of the railway wagon coating system is analyzed and illustrated from two aspects---he truck color safety and color function; thirdly, a restricted and unrestricted color division of the railway wagon color coating system is presented. And finally, by combining the case with the reality, the thesis introduces the performance space and design methods of the railway wagon color coating. The essence of railway wagon color coating system is a the wagon color manual instruction so as to overcome the problem that the wagon color coating cannot be accurately sprayed and provide a reference and theoretical basis for the designers of the wagon, thereby enhancing the international competitiveness of the railway wagon and changing the traditional lagging image of railway wagon painting in our country.
