With the rapid economy development and environment change of the global, a variety of project equipment of the power output was higher required, meanwhile, the products should be realized energy saving and environmental protection function. Especially, the demand of hydraulic transmission equipment in larger projects is also increasing. As the core power of hydraulic transmission system, hydraulic pump’s performance directly affects the hydraulic system and the entire hydraulic equipment’s function realization. Currently, as the increasing of the high quality requirements of hydraulic equipment, the hydraulic pump performance is put forward higher requirements.The hydraulic pump can be divided into gear pump, vane pump, piston pump. Because of the features of high pressure, compact structure, high efficiency and the convenient adjustment of flow rate, pressure, power, the piston pump is widely used in the project. The current production of the axial piston pump has two categories:cylindrical cylinder and cone cylinder body. The cylindrical cylinder body is mainly applied to the small plunger pump. Generally, the small plunger pump flow control area or pressure regulating regional value is relatively small, and the small piston pump cylinder size is also small, so the cylindrical cylinder structure is always used in the small plunger pump. But with the development of industrial technology, heavy industry has been developed rapidly, so the large piston pump demand is gradually increasing. Because of its large plunger pump flow control area or pressure regulating regional value is relatively large, so large piston pump cylinder size is large. If you continue using cylindrical cylinder, pump overall size will increase. This will bring the industry production lots of inconvenience. So the conical cylinder structure is always use in large plunger pump. It can effectively reduce the overall size of the pump, and a conical cylinder body is more conducive to the pump suction.The thesis takes a certain company production of swash plate axial high pressure piston pump as the research object, uses ADAMS software to simulate the related model of oil inlet-and-outlet units of plunger pump, and determines the various design parameters of the development models base on the simulation.The specific content:1. Using the method of mathematics to establish mathematical model of the plunger movement when the conical cylinder blocks axial piston pump oil sucking and discharging. Analyzing the movement regular of piston along the cylinder axis direction and around the cylinder axis direction when plunger pump working.2. Establishing the mathematical model of the motion conditions of plunger pump; using Pro/E software design and virtual assemble3D solid modes of the oil inlet-and-outlet units, and then introducing the assembled model into ADAMS which is a famous dynamics simulation software. After adding constraint and driver, simulating conditions of motion and analyzing the motion law of piston in the pump in the operation process.3. By using mathematical analysis method, support performance of valve countershaft oil film and slipper bottom oil film in conical cylinder axial piston pump is derived theoretically, and then obtaining the relationship between the structure of valve plate and cylinder body and support performance of valve countershaft oil film, and the relationship between the structure of slipper bottom and support performance of slipper bottom oil film.Simulation results indicate that:the displacement of the plunger center at the direction of the plunger axis shows a cosine distribution, speed showes a sin distribution, acceleration showes a cosine distribution. The radial trajectory of the plunger center around cylinder axis shows a eccentric elliptical distribution. By3D modeling and motion simulation of the inlet and outlet unit of the piston pump, the results more realistically reflect the laws of motion of the plunger center from the simulation. The law of the plunger in the early start for the theoretical derivation of the results has a certain lag. Mainly by the inertia of the various components and components collide with each other factors. This topic also analyzes and researches the pressure characteristicses of the film of the valve plate and slide of the tapered cylinder. By mathematical modeling and analysis of the two films, in the case of meet the characteristics of film support, there is the contact between pressure characteristics and the structure of the corresponding components of the oil films, and the formula of the pressure characteristics. These provide a theoretical basis for the study of the late officers.
