Architectural Design Of The Business Center For AiTao In Nanjing

In recent years with the increasing level of high-rise office building,5A class office building has been paid more and more attention, and for different needs of the owners, standard layer needs to design flexible, easy separated. The graduation design in the actual project tutor studio-the construction project design of AiTao Tiancheng business center, choice of the core tube and the standard layer is arranged as a research focus.The project" business center of AiTao" is located in Nanjing City, Jiangning Development Zone in the road of AiTao to the west, Tianyuan to the south of East Road, airport high speed, covering a total area of41067square meters (including has built two buildings). The perimeter of the base and convenient transportation, which is close to the airport high speed, therefore will be built to love business center will be the people from Nanjing have seen another sign building. The main purpose of this design is also here, so in addition to meet the general functional requirements, but also need to have the rich symbolic image contour.The layout of building must be taken into full consideration and utilization of landscape resources of the one and only. In our design, transparent floor podium and public entrance square showcase, and adjacent to the art museum and the Kangle Center Tower watchman; all the rooms have mountain, lake, open view. The layout of the architecture for achieving the following objectives:(1) elegant shape city landmarks, its scale both with the periphery of the emerging city environment of unity, and the adjacent East High Lake landscape in harmony;(2) create high-grade commercial center unique landmark, the business office, leisure space and two lakes one mountain scenic views most closely contact.This thesis main content and structure is:the first chapter is the introduction, mainly talking about the graduation design topics, and the purpose and significance of the design and graduated design strategies are introduced. The second chapter is the outline of the project, the project’s basic situation and the location as well as the base of the surrounding environment. The third chapter is the research projects, mainly based on the existing conditions and specifications, can be obtained construction scope and the basic design concept. The fourth chapter is the general layout design, analysis of the basic flow and fire evacuation. The fourth chapter is the architectural design, is the key part of this thesis, which focused on the project design of core tube and the standard layer.
