Entered in twenty-first Century, the rapid development of China economy,citylevel enhances unceasingly, at the same time across the country such asbamboo shoots after a spring rain as there are high-rise buildings. Super high-rise building is the landmark building of a city, a region, in the external image, to restrict, regional planning for the problem of city life influence has been the focus of attention and study.However, as the "heart"-- the high-rise building high-rise building core tube, the related research is less and less. The core of high-rise building is a high-rise building tube not only up and down links traffic hub, is alsoan emergency evacuation and all kinds of pipeline under vertical channelconnection. Therefore, this paper will combine the actual project-- Yulinheadquarters base project as an example, discusses the core barrel of the general optimization design method. The author combines the related researchon super high-rise buildings, the core tube area, in the standard layer position,structure form, transportation system, equipment and auxiliary houses werediscussed in detail, summarizes the general methods of design optimization ofcore barrel.This paper is divided into three parts:1.Before the two chapter introduces the relevant research background,content,purpose, methods, research status at home and abroad. Through theinvestigation of typical core tube high-rise building a large number of high-rise building, summed up the core tube layout typical, area, laying the groundwork for the following discussion.2.Hapter three or four is a super high-rise building core tube introduced the general concept and design optimization of related research. First of all for high-risebuilding core concepts are introduced, the plane form, including the core tube structure form, each part. Secondly, combined with the relevant case studies, part of the classification research on super high-rise buildings coreeach, including the elevator system, equipment and pipeline, the refuge flooretc.. Finally, summarize the general optimization design method of super tallbuilding core barrel.3.The last part combines the relevant optimization of actual projects and the foregoing summary design method, the optimized design research to the Yulinheadquarters base high-rise core tube, through the multi scheme comparison test and its optimization design of practical.
