Floor house is a relatively scarce and typical type in the historical urban fabric, its construction techniques and features owns special significance. Firstly, according to research,this paper try to objectively study floor house, analysis the boundary location distribution, residential unit type and the single internal space separation. The two chapters complement each other, in which space type part laying the groundwork for the type of technology, type technology doing support for space types. The third part of the conclusion analysises the change of" floor house " in all aspects at the end of the Qing and attempts to resolve the underlying factors of the change.
