| Ceramic tiles automatic packaging line was developed for substitute for artificial ceramic tiles packaging in recent years in the domestic. Packaging system as a core part of this device, its main function is to complete the ceramic tiles packaging work. However, with the rapid growth of China’s ceramic tile production, research and development of ceramic tiles packaging machinery is relatively backward, usage less than40%, far behind the growing demand of ceramic production. But the ceramic tiles were very smooth, brittle and very heavy, have a high demands on the systemi’s stability and reliability of the long-running. Due to the restrictions of design experience accumulated deficiencies as well as the limitations of the design means, the system’s efficiency and stability has been an urgent problem within the ceramic tiles packaging machinery industry. To solve these problems, the paper ceramic tiles packaging system design and development.First, after a full comparison and analysis of the principle of the packaging system at home and abroad, this dissertation innovativly and independently present a continuity paper fast folding mechanism and a ceramic tiles fast uprising mechanism, completed the ceramic tiles packaging system’s design (including the ceramic tiles fast uprising mechanism, the ceramic tiles seperation mechanism, the ceramic tiles alignment adjustment mechanism, the paper cabin, the paper getting mechanism, the paper delivery mechanism and the paper fast folding mechanism).Then, built the3D model of the ceramic tiles system with SolidWorks software, and establishement a simulation model of its key mechanism.At last, made the kinematics simulation and analysis of this system with the software of ADAMS. By analyze the results of the kinematics simulation of the packaging system, this paper optimized the system’s design and determined the system’s best structure, also verified the rationality and feasibility of this design.In all, this paper provide an efficient, practical and low-cost design approach in the development of the ceramic tiles packaging system. And use this method, developed a physical prototype of the system, By experiment it has been found that the ceramic tiles packaging system is reliable, high efficiency, its packaging speeds up to15packs/min, leading the industry’s fastest8packs/min packing speed. |
