Flight Simulator (FS) is the major equipment for pilot training. Control Loading System (CLS) is one of the essential subsystems of FS that its performance affects the level of flight training directly. There is an urgent need to develop the product of electric control loading system with self-owned intellectual property right beacuse of the increasing demand for FS along with the development of internal aviation. As the base of CLS, mechanical system have great influence on performance of CLS.The paper aims at the primary control circuit of electric CLS for FS of some type of commercial aircraft, analyzes and designs the control and loading mechanism of primary control circuit according to the design plan of CLS, based on 3D model, focusing on the design of electric actuator, using the kinematics analysis, kinematics simulation and stiffness analysis of mechanism as main method, finishing the engineering drawing as the exportation.Firstly, the paper confirms the general plan and loading plan, selects the loading motor and force sensor. According to loading plan, the design of electric actuator is the key of mechanism design for CLS. The paper confirms the design plan of electric actuator based on rope transmission and finishs the detailed design of it, then defines the security working condition for it. After this the 3D model of the primary control circuit is built, then the paper verifies the mechanism motion can satisfy the require of security working condition of electric actuator based on 3D model. Load stiffness of mechanical system is the important factor that affects the performance of CLS, it's verfied through force analysis and stiffness calculation. After this the paper presents the solutions in terms of machine design and control system design, against the problem that load stiffness may restrict the improvement of CLS performance.The mechanism motion equations are given by analytical method, besed on this the mechanism movement parameters are calculated by Matlab/Simulink, the calculation program can be used as the typical one for kinematical parameters'calculation of four-bar mechanism. Besides these the integral design and analysis method centering on Pro/E is used throughout the paper: 3D modeling, kinematics simulation, displacement analysis and engineering drawing exportation are finished using Pro/E and certain module integrated inside, the method realizes the interaction use of 3D model, which is the great advantage of it.The general plan of mechanism for CLS confirmed in the paper is useful for FS of other civil aeroplane. The electric actuator can be developed as an independent product,to be used for other driving and loading applications. At the same time, the integral design and analysis method centering on Pro/E presents a referential plan for other mechanism analysis and design.
