As the key part of urban rail train, rolling bearing takes an important role in the operation of urban railway. The working state of bearings directly related to the safety of the passengers. Therefore, how to conduct bearing fault diagnosis effective and accurate is an important issue with great significance.The diagnosis method have great influence on the result, therefore, effective diagnostic methods is necessary. This paper research bearing fault diagnosis method based on harmonic wavelet and acceleration envelope technology, and has achieved good results. The main research work is as follows:(1) Harmonic wavelet is a more effective time-frequency analysis tool. This paper realizes the harmonic wavelet packet decomposition of a specific frequency band and analyzes the result through simulation. Then conducts the envelope demodulation by Hilbert demodulation method. At last, get the result of faults diagnosis through the envelope frequency spectrum.(2) In order to verify the validity of the method, the rolling bearing test is designed in the paper, which include normal bearing, outer race fault bearing, ball fault bearing, inner race fault bearing and mixed fault bearing. The test achieves good result and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3) Take the diagnostic method as technical support, this paper attempts to apply it in urban rail train transit monitoring system, initially builds a predictive maintenance system based on the need of on-road monitoring.
