Rolling bearing is an important part of the mechanical equipment,Widely used inthe various industry.The performance of roller bearings directly affects the performanceof whole equipment.Many scholars carry out a lot of research on fault diagnosis ofrolling bearing, but due to the excitation source, which in the course of its operationthere will be a variety of frequency pulse modulation, bring a certain difficulty to theaccuracy of fault diagnosis.The important feature of rolling bearing vibration of rolling bearings isnon-stationary signal. the vibration fault characteristic frequency and system periodicinherent vibration frequency will produce the pulse width modulation, The traditionalFourier transform has not analysis this kind of vibration signal, first this paper fromtheoretically analyzes the wavelet and Hilbert spectrum to pulse width modulationsignal demodulation, then work out the fault characteristic frequency, accuratelydetermine the fault position.This paper based on Labview as a platform, Developed for reciprocatingmachinery and rolling bearing vibration test and analysis system, The main modulehave time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis, using wavelet analysis andHilbert spectrum conjoint analysis in the frequency module, Envelope demodulation tovibration signal, Realize carrier and modulation wave separation, achieve internal andouter ring rolling bearing fault diagnosis to through the modulation wave spectrumanalysis.The results show that: Wavelet analysis and Hilbert transform envelopedemodulation technique can effectively extract the modulation signal envelope signal,To envelope signal spectrum analysis can realize rolling bearing inner and outer ring fault diagnosis; The results of diagnosis is anastomosis to the actual fault.
