| Nowadays with the rapid development of bus rapid transit system, more and more experts pay attention to it. Establishing a proper evaluation index system and selecting a suitable comprehensive evaluation method is the main content of the research into the BRT system. The evaluation study on the bus rapid transit system not only reflects the current city BRT system operation status, but also responds to problems and deficiencies of the operational systems. At the same time, the new BRT system construction will be better under the guidance of it.The current research of bus rapid transit evaluation system is generally based on ordinary public transport evaluation. Then to select the appropriate indexes to construct the evaluation index system, and to detect its comprehensive evaluation with common methods are main steps. But BRT system is different from ordinary bus transit, which has unique construction characteristics:operation lane, station, traffic line and passenger services, fares and charges, and operational security system. BRT is also known as the "subway" on the road. In this paper, due to the six elements which must be considered in the period of construction, I chose18evaluation indexes, which are divided into three aspects:the comprehensive level, infrastructure level and operation service level. At the same time, this paper provides definitions and calculation methods to quantify them, and presents a range method to eliminate the indexes’dimension.The research on conventional evaluation method is consummate. But we know some of the basic methods have limitations. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the most popular evaluation methods, which is easy to use and quite effective, but it would be influenced by experts’subjective interests. This paper learns from the thought of AHP method to construct a new comprehensive evaluation method based on Asymptotic Normalization Coefficient (ANC). The new method makes up the shortage of AHP method and makes the consistency calibration process more simple and effective.At last, with the inspection data of Jinan, this paper made comprehensive evaluations and analysis of the result. |
