Abstract/Summary:
The resonance of the pump units is the most common problem, which have a great influence on the instrument within pump house in the process of pumping stations, and severe vibration will affect the safe and reliable operation of the pumping station as well.In order to avoid damage to the pump units caused by resonance, the natural frequency of the pump infrastructure must meet the request frequency of the basic structure design of pump unit to ensure the safety and reliability of the pump unit and infrastructure.This paper aim at the actual needs of the design and construction of the floor structure of a pumping station on the basis of existing research results, based on the finite element theory of modal analysis of engineering structures, methods,and computational analysis techniques, three-dimensional static pumping station structure, power finite element method.The law of stress and deformation distribution of pump house structure, to provide the necessary technical basis for the optimization design of the pumping station structure. The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis systematic on the coupled vibration problem of motor floor slab of the pumping station structure, and explaining in detail the reasonableness of numerical model and calculation method for calculation;(2) Using the finite element method calculate the vibration characteristics of the motor floor slab of pumping station, and review the unit and pump house structure resonance.The results show that the1st and the3rd unit existing pumping station motor floor slab design are not able to meet the design requirements,in order to ensure that the motor to work properly, improvements and optimization for the original design are necessary;(3)Combined with the integrated optimization design of the arrangement motor floor slab structure, to meet the need for frequency design, static and dynamic calculation analysis of the pump house structure optimized by computational analysis of several different beam-column layout program, given the internal force and displacement distribution of the column, and provided the technical basis for the column reinforcement design of the components increased.(4) On this basis, analysis on the dynamic response of the pump house structure under normal workloads,and to evaluate its structural performance in normal use under the limit state to provide the technical basis in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.This study closed contact to the actual project, and has an important role in guiding research to guarantee the normal operation of the pump house structure and unit.Theories and methods used for design and construction of the large and medium-sized Francis unit pump house structure, and the research work has an important practical value for engineering.
