Environmental pollution and energy crisis is a worldwide human consensus, the warmmixture asphalt technology to meet the energy saving in road engineering, a newgreen technology research. The technology has already in Europe and America andother developed countries in highway construction of the wide use of many years, tothe technology in our country to the popularization of asphalt concrete highwayconstruction use, this paper carried out based on the advanced technology of the useof warm mixture asphalt.First, through a large number of data collection and arrange the most widely used athome and abroad and the warm mixture asphalt technology, according to the actualcondition of road construction in China, is used to choose three representative warmmixture asphalt technology: Germany Sasobit, the United States Evotherm, ourcountry lulubang warm mixture asphalt technology. A comparative analysis ofadvantage and the use process of warm mixture asphalt. Will three temperature mix ofasphalt cementing material and additive bituminous mixture affected by the nature ofdivided into two parts comparison analysis. Through the Brookfield viscosity test setup different temperature dosage and asphalt mixing agent with the relationshipbetween the performances, the relationship between temperature-viscosity, so as todetermine the different warm additive agent, the mixed quantity of asphalt mixturecompaction. Through warm asphalt three index, BBR test of cementing material testasphalt, comparison and analysis of the three warm asphalt additives on SBSmodification performance, low temperature performance, rheological characteristics,influence on the performance of the aging, and concludes that the three kinds oftechnology and the advantages and disadvantages of each.Second, three kinds of warm mixture asphalt ratio of the temperature conditions of therespective construction on asphalt mixture performance indicators for performancecomparison in the back of the warm mixture asphalt road the same porosity, the studyidentified three warm asphalt mixture different stone-oil ratio and warm mixture asphalt porosity than under the conditions of the relationship. Through the bendingtest to analysis low temperature performance of warm mix mixture asphalt.The purpose of this dissertation help China promote the use of warm mixture asphalttechnology in China, and the election of warm mixture asphalt pavement productionand construction to provide the appropriate theory for warm mixture asphalttechnology.
