For the soft stratum impervious construction, the existence of technical problems,that drill holes collapse easily, grouting is pressed difficultly that lead to vertical lifteasily, grouting leaks easily that leads to waste largely, it’s difficult to control grouting,etc. The traditional technological methods, such as "sleeve valve tube grouting","embedded flower tube" and "orifice closed grouting" are difficult to meetrequirements of the anti-seepage design in the case of deep soft ground. To reducecost and improve efficiency, a new construction method that is "High pulsatingpressure grouting from below stemming with slurry material" has been put forwardand one of the key technology about "slurry sealing technique" has been described inthis paper. This paper focuses on stemming slurry material to conduct studies on themechanism of the preparation, and include manufacture and research of stemmingslurry material which meets different depth of soil, the specific internal andconclusion as follows:(1)Based on the research of essential of clay, gypsum, bentonite, cement,superplasticizer to study the physics and physicochemical mechanism. Get throughthe test of paste consistency, plastic strength, setting time, viscosity and shear strengthproperties, compressive strength to get the stemming slurry material which meetsdifferent depth of soil.(2) Research the hole sealing effect based on the mechanical mechanism of theslurry sealing that the hole sealing slurry block off the grouting slurry with itself andthe bond force between it and soil layer, Grouting wall.When the grouting pressure islarger than sealing slurry cohesion, its relationship with the hole of rock and soil andgrout pipes wall viscous force and slurry weight, grouting slurry will break thoughhole sealing slurry, resulting in the failure of the hole sealing paste. The calculationresults show that the two materials in the application of engineering practice couldbear a certain pressure.(3) Aimed at the construction demand, research on the parameters of the groutingequipment, including shallow sealing paste material pulling force calculation and theminimum grouting pressure, torque formed by deep sealing paste on“grouting and rotate grouting pipe”technology, providing parameter for equipment selection.(4) Prop the mouth bend of the river Lot clay-based sealing paste materials in redmechanical and electrical installation standard metal camp near the upper groutingadit hole regional applications, research on the construction process and its keytechnology, application results further validated in soft strata implementation ofhigh-pressure grouting, slurry sealing technique is feasible, the properties of sealingslurry could meet the construction process requirements.Due to the limit of my knowledge and time, this text just study the "slurry sealing"technology of "bottom-up, slurry seal, high pressure pulsation grouting" new method,some deficiencies still exist in the study, further research could be made from thefollowing several aspects: strength characteristics and permeability characteristics ofthe hole sealing slurry under conditions of unidirectional monotonic loading andunidirectional cyclic loading, numerical simulation of hole sealing material ofconstruction engineering, sealing material Engineering Application of differentgeological conditions.
