In contrast, through the analysis of experience in question, theconversation; Brain storm; The site observation; Test analysis; Consult relevantrecords; For external information; Work task analysis; Safety inspection table. Themanagement of the defects can be through the management system implementationprocess to examine, and it will be found that improvement; In the MORT analysismethod, this paper introduces the process of analyzing MORT, and analysis ofstructure, there is also an example how to apply MORT recognition in managementcause accidents factors.Secondly, in the management of the accident cause the important factors ofevaluation, MORT analysis method to determine the enterprise management, portaccident cause the important factors, thus can distinguish between the degree of mainfactors to cause degree, and take some measures on how to control and avoid theevent occurs accidents, and can reduce the probability of top events accident or avoidtop events, an accident to prevent accident which take safety measures to providesupport, achieve the goal of safe production.Finally, in the management of the accident cause factors in the risk assessment,this paper introduces the quantitative evaluation of risk assessment and qualitativeevaluation. In the qualitative evaluation, rely mainly on the people of observation,analysis, management ability, with the relevant laws and regulations, standards, norms,experience and judgment are evaluated. In the quantitative evaluation, the mainapplication MORT safety analysis, the method of the lead to shift the focus of theaccident to a higher level, that is, management of the conditions of the relevantcontrol, so as to form the ideal of the risk management system.
