Automotive Refinish is a kind of coating derived with the development of the automotive industry, which is not only widely used in the automotive industry, aviation, aerospace and other industries also have a larger market. It is a new type of coating developing rapidly in recent years.This project is about automotive refinish coating plant, mainly product the polyester automotive refinish. The factory mainly in charge of processing and deployment of the resin paint, the mainly processes is dispersion, grinding and mixing, so the equipment used mainly in high-speed dispersion machine, grinding machine and mixing tank. The design is mainly about the equipments’layout and piping. The technological characteristics of this project is that the workshop product various kinds of coatings, so the workshop has many equipments. Therefore the equipment layout need to design according to the overall production process layout, to ensure smooth logistics.The design is mainly responsible for the piping part. According to the owner provide the related data of the process to complete the design of the pipeline and instrumentation diagrams, equipment and piping layout diagrams, and given the list of the pipeline and materials tables.
