With the continuous development of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the advantages of its high efficiency, high power density and stable operation bound in the CNC machine tools and processing center has been widely used. As the key components of machine tool spindle motor, its performance and efficiency has great influence on the machining accuracy of the machine tool. The problem that the Permanent magnet synchronous motor can not weakening magnetic has been restricted to the development of a machine tool and a machining center spindle motor permanent magnetic synchronous. This article mainly aims at the spindle permanent magnet synchronous motor electromagnetic design research, through the optimization of structure to enhance its ability of weakening magnetic.First I’ll introduce the development of the spindle motor at home and abroad, describing the developing trend of the spindle motor of the performance requirements, it’s mainly the low speed full output, high speed and constant power, has wide speed range, and the permanent magnet motor applied to the spindle motor is the main obstacle for permanent magnet synchronous motor weak magnetic problems, combined with the domestic and foreign research results of permanent magnetic synchronous motor weak magnetism speed expansion difficult, and solve the problem of weak magnetism speed expansion of the fundamental measures, on the basis of summing up the motor of main design parameters on motor performances, the comparison of various rotor structure of the advantages and disadvantages, choose the spindle permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor structure.Then design the motor electromagnetic motor according to the spindle permanent magnet synchronous motor performance indicators to determine the motor electromagnetic structure, by using the finite element software Ansoft to permanent magnet synchronous motor electromagnetic field simulation analysis, the electromagnetic field simulation results are calculated on, get the permanent magnet synchronous motor no-load BEMF, straight, quadrature axis armature reaction reactance and some other the key parameters, and computational analysis of motor performance. Finally, by using finite element analysis software for different rotor magnetic steel structure for electromagnetic field calculation, the simulation data of the calculated results, summarize the rotor magnetic bridge dimension changes on the permanent magnetic synchronous motor weak magnetic ability and torque fluctuation influence rule, pole arc coefficient on the electromagnetic properties of the motor influence rule, on the basis of above, optimizate the motor electromagnetic structure and electromagnetic calibration the motor designing in this paper.
