Thispaper designs a monitoring and control system of Swing friction pair testing machine, and it’sa product of modern measurement and control technology organically combined with frictiontester.This paper considers the control system of swing friction pair testing machine as themain object of study, and designs the hardware and software of this measurement and controlsystem, and achieves its function.On the basis of the difference of control system betweentraditional friction testing machine and modern friction testing machine, as well as thefunction of monitoring and control system expected to complete, proposed a program toachieve the monitoring and control system, this program includes hardware system designand software system design. And then build the hardware platform, including the choice ofthe selection of the upper and lower machine, sensors, and speed control device, propose thesignal anti-jamming measures, design communication lines and control lines. And completeto design its software systems, including of development of the program of SiemensPLC-based machine and of Visual Basic6.0-based computer software. Finally, debug thesoftware and test the function of the software.The measurement and control system mainly complete the function of the swing frictionpair testing machine of real-time acquisition, display, storage and historical data browsing ofthree parameters, the spindle speed, torque and pressure during the operation, As well as thefunctions of start and stop of the spindle motor and speed control. This system has convenient operation, friendly interface, stable and reliable, and convenient to experimental personnel tooperate. |
