In this paper, using the process experiments and finite element numerical simulation to study the rubber forming and springback of skin of the aircraft sheet metal, also study how the simulation parameters affect the springback. In the finite element simulation, we analyze the impact of the mesh size, the forming direction, and the contact methods on sheet metal springback. Simulation results show that Meshing size is too large, although the rebound is small, finite element simulation is poor, and has the larger the deviation with the experimental values. The springback’s change of 0°with the rolling direction is less than 90°’s. Using point - surface contact and face - face contact don’t have an obvious effect on the springback angle’s difference. Using the two contact methods, we can get the effective springback value. From the changes of sheet metal thickness, stress and strain discuss the reasons of the springback and distribution of springback angle. In the process experiments, we analyze the impact of thickness and forming direction on sheet metal springback. The results showed that the pringback of sheet material is inversely proportional to the thickness of sheet material, the springback’s change of 0°with the rolling direction is less than 90°’s, and the experimental springback data is greater than the simulated springback data. Analyzing of the distribution of springback and the influencing factors of springback can effectively control the springback, and provide a reference for designing mold with springback amendment. In this paper, for the ANSYS User Interface Design Language (UIDL)‘s shortage on the lack of development in the interface, we use the TCL\TK scripting language to design the whole Chinese menu and dialog box of rubber forming finite element analysis, set up a simulation process, and illustrate the secondary development of ANSYS basic process and methods of usage of TCL\TK. Through the description and examples of this chapter, it is entirely possible for using TCL\TK language to design the application interface of ANSYS.
