Nowadays, the height of high-rise buildings have beening renewing, thatincreases the demands on seismic bearing capacity and other aspects of behavior ofvertical structural elements.. As the most commonly materials used in high-risebuildings, high-strength concrete, steel and shaped steel have their unique behavioradvantages, if we organize these three materials together well, the seismicbehavior of steel reinforced high-strength concrete(SRHC) will be excellent, andthe practical useage, economic, and security of high-rise buildings will be greatlyenhanced too. Shear wall as the most central part of the lateral forceresisting system of high-rise buildings, it has became one of the greatestconcern of the engineering community that how to improve the seismicbehavior of shear walls. The author did tests of three steel reinforced high-strength concrete (SRHC)shear walls, that with the shear span ratio of1.8, the same edge steel, and differenttypes of concealed bracings, discussed the seismic behavior of SRHC shear walls thathave the same steel ratio and different types of concealed bracings, on basis of thesetrials, the main work and achievements of this paper is as follows:①We improved the reinforcement of wall, designed two specimens of steelreinforced high-strength concrete (SRHC) shear walls with different layouts ofconcealed bracings, conducted the level cyclic loading experiments on the steelreinforced high-strength concrete (SRHC) shear walls with different layouts ofconcealed bracings under the axial compression ratio of0.1364, and got the failuremodes and failure mechanism of the steel reinforced high-strength concrete(SRHC)shear wall with different layouts of the concealed bracings.②Comparatively studied on the hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductility, energy dissipation, strength degeneration and stress distribution of the steel andreinforcement of the three specimens.③Discussed the percentage of shear deformation and bending deformation of thetotal.④Established mechanical models of bearing capacity, comparatively analyzedthe calculated values with the experimental results, and studied the permissibledeformation of steel reinforced high-strength concrete (SRHC) shear walls. The experimental results show that, the seismic capacity of steel reinforcedhigh-strength concrete (SRHC) wall with concealed bracing is superior to generalSRHC shear wall, and so the types of concealed bracings given by this paper provide areference to engineering design.
