In contactless power transfer(CPT)systems, the electrical energy requirements ofdifferent characteristics of the electrical equipment is not the same,system parameterchanges and the impact of outside interference will make the system outputcharacteristics change. In order to meet the electricity demand of the electricalequipment and the stability and reliability of system, the output control of the CPTsystem is imperative.Firstly, in terms of inductively coupled power transfer(ICPT) technology, theelectric field coupling power transmission (ECPT) technology and based on magneticresonance principle of contactless power transfer technology three of their respectiveworking principle, the current research status, to determine the purpose, the maincontent of this study.Followed by output control strategy for the CPT system, CPT system usuallyseveral output control strategies to conduct a detailed analysis and comparisonelaborated their respective advantages, disadvantages and applications.Then, aimed at the problems of the load parameter perturbation and powerclassification output control, presented an active control method based on the primarysystem of energy injection and free resonant mode. Established a mathematical modelby the working principle, and starting the introduction of power energy function of thecontrol strategy from the perspective of energy flow, determine the control strategybased on dynamic changes of the duty cycle of energy injecting, complete the outputvoltage control effectively. The simulation platform of Matlab2010/Simulink buildsystem ZCS soft-switching implementation and output control system model, study forthe stable output when load parameter perturbation and power classification outputcontrol, simulation results determine the feasibility of the control method.Finally, According to the simulation study to design the system hardware circuitsystem, build experimental research device, and experimental studies to verify thecorrectness of theoretical analysis and simulation study, as well as the effectiveness ofthe control method.
