| Among the building materials, concrete is still the most important and consumedin largest amount. Therefore how to improve the quality of concrete in energy saving,has a very important practical significance for sustainable development of theconcrete industry. Currently there is a new type of concrete admixtures--the CTFConcrete synergist on the market. Its mechanism is by improving the dispersion ofcement particles and fine mineral aggregate, excavating per unit of cement moleculesto stimulate water reducing agent acting, for reaching the comprehensive performanceof reinforced concrete, and reducing the cement consumed in concrete. Thus this CTFsynergist has a very real technical and economic significance of commercial concreteenterprises in reducing the cost of concrete by using appropriate system ofcementitious materials to reduce the amount of cement. This paper studies on the CTFsynergist in the commercial concrete application.Firstly, the paper starts to research how CTF concrete synergist optimizes mixproportion of concrete production, determine the appropriate amount of CTFsynergist, reasonable to reduce the amount of cement, and throws specific analysisbetween the optimized mix proportion and usual mix proportion in mass productionthrough experiment. The comparative analysis focuses on the impact of the CTFsynergist in the work performance, compressive strength, impermeability, frostresistance, carbonation resistance, shrinkage deformation of commercial concrete.Further there is analysis about technical and economic benefits, environmentalbenefits of CTF synergist.Studies have shown that:①If using CTF synergist0.6%of cementitiousmaterials, compared with the original production ratio, C30strength grade of concreteexpansion, the slump increased by50mm,40mm, compressive strength valueincreased to10.1MPa;②the appropriate dosage of CTF synergist is0.6%ofcementitious materials. If more than0.6%, CTF synergist has less impact inimproving the performance of concrete and test block compressive strength;③Toensure concrete performance with the original production ratio of the same or evenincreased slightly,0.6percent of the CTF concrete synergist of cementitious materials,can reduce the cement consumed of8percent to10percent;④If using CTF0.6%ofcementitious materials,10%reduction in the amount of cement, there is a certain impact on the early compressive strength of concrete, but the28d compressivestrength increases significantly, which can achieve and exceed the resistance of theconcrete that is not doped by CTF. Compared with the original production ratio,thereare the impermeability of concrete improvement, the internal structure of thespecimen being dense, a small seepage being stable. Also the frost resistance ofconcrete improves, the number of freeze-thaw cycle increases, the mass loss rate issmaller when the concrete specimens destruct, and the mass loss rate of growthbalances. Besides, concrete specimens shrinkage deformation shows some moreincrease of early concrete shrinkage, and along with age the late contraction slowsdown, to90d, both shrinks less. Another point is that the capacity of concreteanti-carbonation diminishes, carbonation depth increases.⑤CTF synergisttechnology can reduce the amount of cement of concrete, which can reduceconsumption of natural resources and environmental pollution. Also it cansignificantly reduce the production cost of the concrete companies. As for C20~C50,per cubic in the each strength grade commercial concrete saves economic benefitsranging from2.2to7.5Yuan. |
