Residential Exterior Space And Affiliated Public Building’s Design Research Of Yujingtai Residential Zone

During the postgraduate times, I have participated in some residential zone’sdesigning in Xian with my tutor and some classmates. Society is chasing pavementsconstantly,architecture industry is also developping everyday.With the pursuit ofspiritual life,residential designing have be changed from paying more attention to housestyle to not only house style but also external space designing. In current time, theresidential district design of outer space is stayed in the initial stage, it is often beemphasized on two dimensions, but the external space functions had been ignored. Atpresent,the external space design of residential zones cann’t satisfied the people’s needof material an spiritual,the overall level of this study must to be improved. How todesign a high quality external space environment in order to meet the needs of theproprietor is a practice problem currently,the theories related to the external space mustbe studied.The core part of this thesis is “designing of residential zones external space”.Firstly,the issue guided by the reserch.I analysised the related theories home and abord.Iproposed the aim and meaning,payed more to introduce the extent andcontent,proposed the methods and framework of this thesis at last.I mentioned that the foundation of space’s contrction is people’s need. Thedesigning of external space must be focused on people’s need alltime.studied somefactors of residential external space of Yujingtai programme.They contained entrancespace,center space,bottom stilts space,unit entrance space and affiliated publicarchitecture space.I analysised club and kindergarten and the disposing of the externalspace in enviroment.This thesis studied the Yujingtai programme constantly based on the designing ofthe related space factors above.Proposed some detailed strategy of space.They contains the intergrity of entrance and club,the intergrity of central air-conditioning theintergrity of bottom stilts and units extrance space.Finally,I summed up some conclusions of this thesis expecting to do someconrributions to the future study and practice.At the some time I analysised the flawof the study.Putting forward to this subject expecting to gain more deep comprehensionin the future work.
