The Optimal Management Research About Centralized Configuration Of Outfitting Trays

With the progress of science and technology, gradually changing the traditional shipbuilding model,resulting in producing a new shipbuilding model, which is named the modern shipbuilding mode. Its oneof the most notable feature is all the key links as the production design and the outfitting of procuring,producing, marshalling, transportation and installation managed around trays as the core model.Manydomestic scholars has launched a lot of research for this problem, but there are still some flaws andshortcomings. Now, most studies mainly focused on the mining method on the management information ofthe outfitting tray, while for the internal problems in the implementation process of the management on themarshalling of outfitting tray needing the in-depth research. There are many questions worth exploringincluding how to solve the outfitting tray marshalling multi-path problem, how to increase the traypre-matching rate, tray delivery path arrangement and the scheduling problem about the physical trays inthe outfitting trays.The shipbuilding enterprise is under the rapid development premise of modern shipbuilding mode,based on the theory of outfitting management, collecting and distributing center management, palletmanagement, systematically analysis the process and puts forward a systematical outfitting marshallingmanagement model including the pallet collecting and distributing management model and preparatorywork, the pallet supporting inspection,the process management of the pallet collecting and distributing,the delivery and recovery process of the pallet. In the process of collecting and distributing pallet, thereare three basic optimization mode and two improved optimization mode. On this basis, this paperresearches program management system based on the collecting and distributing center,including how tooptimize and prepared tray planned, outfitting requirements planning, the physical pallet optimizeddistribution plan. For the path arrangement problem in the outfitting collecting and distributing process, thisarticle focus on analyzing how to arrange to minimize the total transport mileage. Because of differentsource of outfitting, physical pallet stored in the collecting and distributing center, transport vehiclesstored in the vehicle dispatch center, the pallet transport locations involve the warehouse, collecting anddistributing center, vehicle dispatch center,processing plant and construction site. And establishes thecorresponding mathematical model and the example verification proves its practicality and theoreticalsignificance.
