And all kinds of naturaldisasters in recent years occurred frequently indicates natural start to the destruction ofhuman behavior of revenge humans began to suffer the consequences. A variety ofphenomena that humanity had to stop trampling natural pace began to examine thehuman’s behavior and the relationship between man and nature. It is based on thisbackground the view of sustainable development and ecological consciousness began toascend the human stage gradually become the new trend of the development of interiordesign.This paper first discusses the present situation of human settlements environmentmakes a brief statement, and then through the introduction of ecological concepts andprinciples of ecological interior design research, through careful analysis of thermalenvironment, light environment, sound environment, air environment and interiordesign elements of interior ecological design principles and design method. At the sametime compared with western developed countries on the indoor ecology design researchand the practice exploration results to think about our country current in interior designof the achievements and shortcomings, according to China’s national conditions and theactual needs to develop suitable for China’s interior ecological design strategy. Therapid development in science and technology in twenty-first Century, must have thesustainable development and the green ecological consciousness, will save energy,reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution and ecological philosophy of combining,the ecological design idea is introduced into the field of interior design, to provide anew development thinking, promote China’s indoor ecology design development,promote and improve our level of interior design.
