| Excavator is indispensable in engineering construction projects of constructionequipment, which is a national important infrastructure project of a powerful guarantee.The hydraulic excavator system is the core part of an excavator,so the hydraulicsystem for excavator detecting state has a very important significance. The system ofstate detection system of hydraulic excavator combined with the LabVIEW software,not only can realize the condition monitoring, but also can realize the fault forecastingwarning processing with the visualization of man-machine interface which is easy tounderstand.This paper introduces the excavator hydraulic system state detection of the historyand development trend, analyses the working principle of the hydraulic excavatorsystem, researches deeply the failure characteristics of the excavator hydraulic system,eventually selectes the appropriate fault characteristic features. According to therequirement of the overall design, we determine the appropriate working parameters,selecte the appropriate sensor and data acquisition card, surely to use the LabVIEWsoftware for the system software design. In data collection, we can drive dataacquisition card which is not made by the NI company under the LabVIEWenvironment. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the data collectedand the demand of the fault diagnosis, this system realizes the access to the design ofthe data which meets the demand of the fault diagnosis with the union NI companydatabase interface kit LabSQL and the foundation of the Access database. In thesoftware design, useing the data flow of ideas and combining the modular design idea,we have developed the software programming system.This system realizes signalcollection of the excavator hydraulic system, analysis, state detection and the faultforecasting,and has developed a humanized man-machine user interface. Especially inalarm, this system has designed a classified report to the police and the content of the alarm in time, so that the operator can make accurate judgment of failure in the cause ofthe position at the first time to avoid big accidents and improve the operation efficiencyof excavator and economic value. |
