With the continuous increasing of spindle speed of hybrid bearing in the workingprocess or under greater impact load, friction heat also sharply increase. furthermore,reflect the lubrication effect of bearing and lead to the surface injury of bearing’s innerbody and even scuff each other, seizure, even leading that bearing is discarded, whoseresults can’t be imagined. So it has to be solved that the reason of rising temperatureinside the bearing, and the temperature distribution conditions are studied.In this paper the main research contents are as follows:1. The behavior of flow, the motion types of flow and the motion trajectory offlow are analyzed, the basic control equations of fluid dynamics are established andare discretized.2. the Working Principle of hybrid bearing of ball mill is analyzed, the position ofthe oil chamber and the oilreturning groove, the width-radius ratio of oil film, thesupply pressure and the speed pass by torus of hybrid bearing are investigatedTemperature mechanism are studied and the related parameters are calculated. The3dmodel of the oil film hybrid bearing is designed.3. The reason of rising temperature of hybrid bearing is studied, the risingtemperature of mathematic model of shear flow, shear flow and pulse load areestablished, the ratio of rising temperature of shear flow and shear flow is analyzed.4. The numerical simulation model of flow field of hybrid bearing wasestablished, the pressure field, temperature field and flow path under Gas-flowcoupling condition was analyzed. |
