The reliability of the structural strength of turbomachinery is related to the safetyoperation of gas turbine set. This article takes the gas turbine rotor and compressorassembly as the research objects, does numerical computation and fundamentalresearch to the strength and vibration characteristics, then proposes the test plan of thestructural stress and the vibration characteristic experiment concerning the main parts,which belong to the aerodynamics performance testspecimen of the air compressor.1. Taking the first stage compressor impeller,blade and front-axle parts as theresearch objects,the steady stress of the cyclic symmetry model and overallcomponents are calculated based on the commercial software ABAQUS,and thecalculation precision of two models is checked. In the stress calculation, the bindingmodel and contact model with respect to the blade root and the wheel groove areanalyzed respectively, and the results show that the contact model is more consistentwith the actual stress state of such structure. The stress distribution and maximumstress values of the high stress area concerning the contact model are given,also thesafety factor of the mature unit’s impeller and blade are calculated and analyzedunder the centrifugal force loads.2. In the vibration analysis of the structure, the article makes analysis on thevibration characteristic of the first stage compressor blade,obtains the static anddynamic frequency as well as corresponding vibration modes,then draws theCampbell diagram,and finds out the possible resonance point near the working speed.3. The coupled vibration characteristic analysis was used for the first stage ofimpeller, blade and front axle components of the air compressor,by introducing thethree dimensional cyclic symmetry finite element model,the frequency and modeshape under the rotating and non-rotating state are obtained. According to thefrequency at each engine speed, the Campbell diagram is drawed. By using the "triple point " resonance theory and frequency modulation standard,the resonatingnatural frequency and the excited frequency are found out. The analysis to thevibration stress at the resonance point is carried on,also safe operation measures that can avoid resonance vibration are proposed.4. Gas turbine blade is a very important component,which is subjected tocentrifugal and thermal load. In order to ensure the reliability of unit operation, it isnecessary to carry on the strength calculation analysis to the blade. This article carrieson stress calculation and analysis to the first-level turbine blade with respect to thetemperature and stress fields,and obtains the stress distribution of the blade under thecentrifugal and thermal load in ABAQUS,finally gives the stress analysis result thatsatisfied the strength requirement.5. The article projects the test plan of main parts of the compressorwith respect to the structural stress and the vibration characteristic experiment,andproposes the test method,equipment selection and measurement requirements of theplan.
