With the rapid development of highway bridge, water conservancy and cityconstruction in china recently, the engineering plant for foundation pile construction get arapid advance. As construction machinery, the casing pipe rotary drill are widely used inthe foundation construction such as cast-in-place pile, diaphragm Wall and foundationreinforcement. The imported casing pipe rotary drill gets expensive and difficult tomaintain, yet Benoto pile construction method was applied late and laggard in our country,domestic enterprises are lack of relevant design and develop experience and can notprovide casing pipe rotary drill with utility meet requirements. To solve the problems, theelectro-hydraulic control system of casing pipe rotary drill is researched, and the test isdone to optimize it, aiming at the performance and application characteristics on the baseof the actual engineer project.The basic structure and the major performance of the casing pipe rotary drill aredescribed, and several key technologies applied on the electro-hydraulic control system ofcasing pipe rotary drill are introduced. Based on the major performance, the overallsystem function is planed, CAN bus technology, which is widely used in engineeringmachinery intelligent control system, is adoped to establish real-time reliablecommunication network, and the electro-hydraulic control system is designed. On thatbasis, the advanced world standard electrical control components such as microcontrollerand monitoring display from REXROTH are selected, then system electrical diagram andwiring diagram of electric control cabinet and operation panel is designed.In the framework of overall performance, major functions and control requirementsare detailed and programmed, meanwhile, judgment and Alarm mechanisms areestablished for probable misoperation or falure. In addition, man-machine interaction isdeveloped for operater to moniter the status of the drill.At last, with debugging of the system performance at the scene, comparing the theoryanalysis and test result, all kinds of problems of the electro-hydraulic control systemoccurred are summarized, measures for improving and consummating the system are proposed. Laying a firm foundation for engineering application of the casing pipe rotarydrill.
