The Management And Control Technology Of Tyre X-ray Inspection Machine

X-ray nondestructive technique plays more and more important role in tyre inner inspection by means of its direct observation and convenient ranking. X-ray inspect machine is developed for tyre inner construct inspection.The X-ray machine’s function modules are explained in detail on the basis of requirement analysis. According to research of X-ray property, X-ray receiving principle, radioactivity influence and protection methods, design project of X-ray emitting & receiving system and protection system are completed. Based on analyzing of control project, a kind of management and control integrity technology is chosen as general control project with triple-layer network which includes monitor layer, equipment layer and field layer. This project also contains PLC system which works as central management unit, servo system, HMI and field bus. Whole development are also consist of Key equipment selection, electrical principle drawing design, PLC programming, servo function, HMI interface and so on.OOP method, WebService communication style, DirectX technique and.Net platform are used in host computer software which is developed with C# language and named as TXIS. Some of the key software module, such as image acquisition, PC-PLC communication, database management and account strategy, are all realized in TXIS, along with which there are some more available function modules such as ERP module, automatic tyre defect recognition system and so on.
